I mean, I couldn't deadlift.
65 pounds was like...
impossible and scary, more scary than anything else.
Like I was so scared about my back.
I couldn't do it to deadlifting 300 pounds, you know, and it's like that feeling of being able to put, you know, uh, two 15 and back squat it, uh, full, uh, you know, as to grass squats from honestly, the bar was putting a bar on my back and squatting ass to ground was not possible.
And it just shifted everything.
And this is now, you know, it's three years in almost of working out six days or seven days a week.
And obviously, like you just go to my Instagram at the transit.
I don't show like before pictures because I don't want anyone to be.
feel like I'm saying if you look like I did in the beginning, it's bad because everyone's on their own journey.
But you could just scroll back and you'll see like I was somebody just with zero muscle and so weak.
And now I'm not, you know, the problem with living in the world of this, as you know, is everybody stronger than me.
I know I'm weak, but I also know that I'm really strong for my age and for who I am and where I am now.
Well, people say you can't build muscle.
And yeah, I can't go... I'm not going to look like Sam Sulik ever.
I'm not going to be Mitchell Hooper with strength.
I'm...
I would love to deadlift 405 and I'd love to squat 315.
I really don't know if I'll be able to squat 315 because I don't want to gain a lot of weight to do it.
But man, trying to do that in a slow, steady...
