If someone else did it, I say, why can't I do it?

Do I think they have any special skills that I don't have?

If I don't have the skill set, I'll hire the skill set.

like I'm not a tech genius.

I'm not anything tech driven, but there's people out there.

That's what they do for a living.

And we recruit those experts.

I'm not a solicitor.

I'm not an accountant.

We recruit those skill sets.

So you have to be a good visionary, innovator, leader,

control you have to have the vision you have to be able to pull the pieces of the puzzle together and you have to be able to delegate so bring me through how long between the trike idea sketching it down to the RDS about six months

realistically, it was okay.

If we are going to go into this space, forget about all our differences.

Nobody knows all those differences until they make the experience.

We did look at other venues, but

none of these venues in Ireland were big enough to host the scale that we wanted to get to.

So by going booking a smaller venue, then moving to a bigger venue, the amount of effort to design a concept around that size and space would still have to be applied then for the bigger venue again.

So the outlay of the cost to set up a small event made no sense.
