I think cyber criminals in Romania felt like the worst thing that could happen was they'd be prosecuted in Romania if they were caught.

And in Romania, you kind of got a slap on the wrist.

You wouldn't spend much time in jail.

So this was like seismic when these arrests happened in Romania.

And they just wanted to create favor, I think, at that point.

They wanted to be helpful.

They didn't want to risk any bad things happening to them.
