have a, have a hard future in the future.
Maybe they'll do what perplexity is doing and they'll, they'll create their version.
You know, Salesforce will create their vision of computer to try to keep you in the system.
Right.
But fundamentally the way we look at the raw data in, in objects and such might change, you know, or maybe, maybe we won't be in Salesforce.
I don't know.
But what I'm seeing is that there's not a lot of formality in,
to how some of these companies are coming up with ideas and working them through.
I think it's a good reason to call out why consulting agencies exist.
Love them, hate them, whatever you think.
I've worked now for, I've been at scale five years.
I've worked for a consulting agency for a long time and also another one before this one.
And what I can say is that the big mover advantage is nothing wrong with having good ideas, nothing wrong with having tiger teams and teams that are genuinely champions internally and working on AI.
But I often find like what Rachel Woods would say, it's missing a bit of that AI operations level.
You know, it's not it's not formalized in any way.
And so sometimes good ideas die.
Sometimes time is spent on things that should have been organized differently.
You know, I see a lot of effort on shiny object.
Look what this new AI can do.
And less on probably the things that are admittedly probably not as much fun for people, which is the organization operation side of it, which is to say, okay, but what is our whole structure for how we're going to set up, evaluate, test, deploy, iterate, just like you would with other systems?
