One of them would be if anybody goes from the NRL to Super League believing that they're going to do the same thing, but it's them that's doing it this time, therefore it'll work, you'll fail.

If you go over to Super League and you believe, well, the administration just hasn't been good enough and we will bring that level of expertise, you'll fail.

There is no single finger that you could point to and say it's his fault, it's their fault, it's the governing body's fault, it's club owners' fault.

If you go in there and think, well, it's somebody's fault, we need to get down to the bottom of why Super League doesn't have double the attendance as it did when it first started in 1996.

You're going to fail.

Because if you can find the fault, you can flip it over and fix it.

That's the mistake everybody's making.

The game over there... Well, something has to change, but based on what, by what, yeah, by how?
