So a critique of behavioral finance or the behavioral finance worldview is that
It's conservative, so you're always, not you, but that worldview is always preaching about the dangers of recency bias or overconfidence or narrative seduction.
The issue with that is that some of the greatest wealth creation over time
accrues to people who are wildly optimistic or almost hype men and women in the case of the leaders of some of the AI companies who are out raising money.
And so I guess I want to ask you the line between bias and vision or optimism, like how do you strike the balance between those two things?
In broad strokes, has the AI technology changed anything about how you personally think about your financial life, even something small?

And so I want to ask, what's the thing about AI that you think almost nobody is asking and that you wish more people were?
So when we use our fire light bulb in our sauna, you get the warmth that you want to get from the sauna.
It's hot enough that you also get this light emission that you can't quite see with your eyes, but your body sees and it feels.
And that's where we get what we call red light therapy.
When I looked into sauna, I was like, the research is amazing, you know, and all that.
But there was this really interesting story about the electric light bath.
And that's what like really got my eyes lit up, you know, literally this...
