Obviously, as you mentioned, AI not only will change that productivity landscape, but you believe will improve those deep human skills such as EQ, communication, storytelling, etc.
Sales will still be here.
And again, your prediction, bad sellers may disappear, but sales will still be here in this AI future.
I liked your story about you talking with Microsoft and your book, and they wanted them to, their engineers to read your sales book because out of that, they can actually learn human connection, better communication and building trust.
And I thought that was insightful.
