So little things like putting a note by the mirror, saying your affirmations, writing down an I am affirmation every single morning in your journal, or saying it out loud.
Maybe you're driving to work.
Remind yourself, I am confident.
I am bold.
I am comfortable in my own skin.
I love who I am.
Little things like that, write them out.
I actually have an entire podcast episode that's like 10 minutes of just positive self-affirmations.
I highly recommend that you guys just turn to that and listen to it.
Write them down just so you have something to refer to.
all of those have truly changed my life and self-image.
Talking out loud to yourself in general can help so much if you do have confidence issues specifically with public speaking or conversations.
Start having conversations with yourself.
I know it might feel embarrassing in the moment while you do it, but like
it's exposure therapy.
And exposure therapy is a huge way to just break free of that lack of confidence that you have.
Exposure therapy can be things, like I said, the rejection therapy, or it can be like, you know what?
I'm going to go places by myself.
If you're really afraid of being alone, go run some errands on your own.
Go challenge yourself to compliment a stranger.
