And really my challenge for you is to just reflect.
I think a huge place where confidence or the lack of confidence comes from is whether or not you have a willingness to be able to hold up the mirror and look at yourself.
And 99.9% of people listening to this are afraid of that.
They are afraid to hold up the mirror and find out what they see when they look deeper within themselves.
A lot of people are not willing to face the good, the bad, the ugly, the pretty, whatever it may be underneath.
They aren't willing to address that.
And so if you're living in a skin that you are afraid of, if you are acting from a heart or speaking from a voice that you don't even want to hear or that you don't even want to look at...
You're not going to give off confident energy.
A confident person is someone who is willing to look within themselves, to assess their own character, their own morals, their own actions, their own words, and they're not afraid of
of having to give themselves a little criticism or not afraid of having to address something deeper within themselves.
A confident person is able to look at their life and be honest about what they see.
I feel like a lot of people like they think yes confidence is a level of delusion which like yeah fake it till you make it but also be real with the person who you are because if you are a bad person inherently
You shouldn't be confident in that.
And that's what sets confident people apart is that they are willing to work on themselves.
They are willing to roll with the punches.
They are willing to want to be better.
And if they are put in a situation where they're forced to look at themselves or they're forced to see things they don't like within themselves, it's not world shattering.
It is not this groundbreaking thing that is going to crush their spirit.
It's like, you know what?
Okay, let me actually look into this.
