I feel like so many of us try every single season, every single year, maybe every single month to
to come up with some new way that we are going to stick to our goals and we're actually going to finally step into the version of ourself that we've been wanting to become.
The number one thing we're going to do right now is we are going to energetically cut this pattern that you may not even realize that you've been repeating.
