Ugh, Nara, you're speaking the language of so many of us girls right now.
I know it is so hard.
I feel like especially during the summertime or just...
with the comparison in general, we become so focused on our self-image.
We become so focused on how can we look better?
How can we appear better?
How can we be more attractive?
Which, yes, those things can make us feel elevated, but if it's not coming from the right place and if you aren't having your body in the way it's feeling aligned with that,
It really will not be purposeful.
So I'm so glad that you guys can be here today and hear just a more intentional glow up.
No, these aren't going to be all mental tips like I have done some like, okay, mindset glow up.
I'm going to give you guys physical tips, but I need you to know that the whole point of this is this is going to be the things that no one talks about because why have I heard the exact same tips every single time like on my For You page?
I don't need to hear those anymore.
And yes, it's good to have reminders and I will be giving some of those to you, but I want to incorporate stuff that will just make you guys really see the why.
Like, I feel like some of us will see, like, okay, eat these certain vegetables, drink these certain bone broths, and we'll just do it.
