but we don't actually know why we're doing it.
So we're gonna dive a little deeper today and I think that's gonna really help us understand why these things are important and how it's gonna actually make us not just look hotter, but feel hotter.
So here is the hot girl routine that no one talks about.
First, I wanna start with what I like to call
The energy foundation.
Now, with all things glow-up related and with all things in life, you need a foundation to build on top of.
Meaning if you're trying to attain a certain physique, for example.
If you just instantly start going to the gym and just doing a bunch of stuff randomly, but you're not sleeping, you're not eating, you are not recovering...
it's not going to have the effect that you want it to.
And it's going to be almost counterproductive because maybe your body's getting movement, but if you don't have the right things to refuel, recharge, recover, it's going to mean nothing.
So the energy foundation is the number one because we cannot do anything properly in life if we do not have our energy in check.
And we live in a society where so many things that we interact with on a daily basis are energy drainers.
quite literally, like doom scrolling on social media, designed to be addictive.
I have a whole episode on that, but that's just an example of how we are designed to almost live more sloth-like and lazy and not get the movement that we need.
So we're canceling that out.
We are rewriting our own story.
We are going to incorporate habits that build visible and noticeable energy, intention, alertness, and just confidence, honestly.
Number one, we are going to incorporate micro-movements throughout the day.
Now, there's a study, I'm looking at it, that micro-movements increase endorphins and dopamine and not only improve your mood, but improve your attractiveness.
That is kind of insane.
