And I know for so many of us, when you are feeling low, when you are feeling unattractive, when you are feeling low confidence,
the first thing you want to do is not get up and go to the gym and move your body I feel like so many of us have this issue like when we're feeling hot and when we're already feeling good then it's easier to start following the hot girl routine but the news is if you want to be a hot girl you have to start the hot girl routine even when you don't feel like it and the thing is with this
You don't need a full gym day.
You don't need to hit those five days a week, okay?
You don't need to lift a certain amount of weights.
But what you can do is even incorporating just five to ten minutes of movement every single day.
Because I've had those days where I rotted all day in bed, not feeling good about myself or hyper fixating on the kind of person I wished...
I were.
When really instead, if I just got up and gave my body some intentional movement just to get the energy foundation started, just to start building that, I would have had a significantly better day and even just felt more confident.
You feel so much worse about yourself when you spend the entire day not moving.
That is fact.
I don't even need a statistic for that.
We all know the days where we are sitting in bed, not eating anything and
not drinking water, we don't feel like we are loving ourselves.
We do not feel hot.
You do have to fake it till you make it in some situations.
And so in this situation, I'm going to need you to challenge yourself.
I know if you're in a low point, it can feel so tricky, but just five to 10 minutes every single day, even if you're like, oh, like I'm so busy, it's getting so late.
move for five minutes, something crazy.
I do sometimes when I notice that my movement has been low, when I'm brushing my teeth.
