You can rant to me if you want, if you're comfortable with that.

But just say like, I don't want to play any part or like no opinion.

And then you'll become even more comfortable standing up for that person.

Like if someone's like, oh, like Brie's really annoying.

Well, you could be like, well, I actually really like Brie.

I hope.

It's so easy when it feels like it's such a vulnerable position that's almost forced onto you at times, but you do have power.

That's oftentimes why people gossip or talk about other people.

It's because no one's ever told them not to because it just feels like this information has been put onto you in a sense, but it is something that can be avoidable, believe it or not.

Another huge indicator that someone is a fake friend is when they feel the need to intentionally exclude you.

When people are so clicky and they like to gang up or just form a certain group and intentionally leave one person out, instant red flag.

Even if you're not the one being left out, but if you see a tendency in a person to want to be clicky, to want to be so exclusive that someone else

is intentionally not invited to the function or not added to the group chat and they think it's cool and they think it's funny it's just not it is just so not because again right now you might be the person who's on the inside right looking out one day that will be you you might not think so but one day they're gonna push everyone away and it's gonna circle back to you and you're gonna be the person being left out and you're gonna say hmm maybe i should have caught on to this sooner

And having been the person who, when everyone else is invited to something except for you, is not a good feeling.

And you should look at everyone and be like,

Why would they not stand up for me?
