And it was something that I used to get really nervous about.
I used to get nervous.
Now I don't really.
And I think that's so weird.
Like I used to be an anxious little stress ball, like always so nervous, palms sweating.
And it wasn't an instant transition, but I think it was just forcing myself out of my comfort zone and being like, you know what?
If I decide to be anxious and shy all the time, I'm holding myself back from something that I really enjoy.
So I want you guys to ask yourselves, like what is it that you could really enjoy or really be good at?
But your lack of confidence and your insecurity within yourself and your self-limiting beliefs are standing in the way of.
And for me, it was performing.
And I don't know, it was just like repetition and just kind of putting myself out there.
And you have to be willing to fail, number one.
You have to be willing to fail.
And we're going to get into that in rejection therapy and exposure therapy, all that good stuff.
Don't you worry.
And you also have to be willing to like trust yourself and you have to be willing to kind of put on that lens.
You know, I could be the sweetest little angel, so shy, so kept to herself, like a little timid deer.
And then I step out on that stage and I was ready to go and I was ready to be fierce and
You know what I mean?
And it sounds like such a silly example, but allow yourself to have confidence as something to step into, right?
