have done this tried and true again i used to be so shy and then i achieved confidence which for me the way that i achieved confidence i'll give you my little confidence testimony is that again i used to not be able to public speak i have a twin sister and she would have to speak for me like to adults to strangers like i could just not talk and then when i was in school i remember like shaking so badly like people would make fun of me or my sister especially would make fun of me because i would be shaking voice trembling
I sounded like I was going to cry when I spoke in front of the class.
I sounded like I was going to cry.
Yeah.
And then something changed within me.
And for me, what unlocked it and made a huge difference was to just get out there.
I had to push myself out of my comfort zone and I had to rip off the bandaid that was sticking onto me labeled anxiety, fear, magnet.
I had to take that off.
And so something that really helped me, and obviously this isn't the only way, but one thing that helped me get out of my comfort zone is I started doing cheer when I was younger.
I love cheerleading.
I don't know if I've ever talked about that on here, probably a little bit.
And that helped me so much because we would compete.
We would go in front of like the stage, in front of big crowds and everything.
Number one, it forced me to interact with other people too and just like love performing.
That's when I really, really loved performing, like just smiling in front of everybody, dancing, doing whatever.
And I loved it.
And a lot of people might not think they love it.
Not everyone likes performing.
If you don't like performing, that doesn't mean that you aren't confident.
But this is what kind of like unlocked it for me when I was younger.
