I'm conscious that there might be people listening who have had really traumatic things that they would like to explore this kind of therapy for like, I don't know if it's neglect or childhood trauma or anything like that.

How would someone who's gone through something really, really hard, it's very painful to go back into, what's the entry level version of it?
