I honestly am glad it happened to me because I feel like I had maybe some more tools to handle and deal with that.

So I walk outside and talk to the police officers and I kind of give them my perspective.

I let them know it's been come clear the last couple of days that she seems to be experiencing some auditory hallucinations.

It seems like now she's experiencing some visual hallucinations as well.

They pretty quickly believed me, but they were like, we do have to clear the house.

So they asked me to follow them as they're going in with large weapons, like clearing my closet and the garage and making sure, right, that I am telling the truth.

Obviously, he was not there.

They did tell me they found like a large butcher knife in her bag in her room.

that she said was to defend herself.
