What's it mean just to come in and contribute with this team so quickly?

You're the 12th player to make his debut with this group.

How has just having the other guys share that same experience allowed you just to settle in?

So with this win here tonight, you're taking down one of the best teams in baseball and also you guys are in first place in the AL Central.

What is it about this group that stands out to you and what does it say?

I got to ask you, lastly, you got a standing ovation last night in your first at-bat.

What do you make of just how this fan base has really embraced you so far?

Oh, I mean, it's evident as soon as you walk into the clubhouse.

And it was funny because, you know, I was even talking to Chase Myrock yesterday and I asked him, I was like, hey, what are you doing on your off days?

And he's like, oh, I'm hanging out with the guys.

You know, we're going to lunch and you don't really see that, especially at the big league level.

And it almost feels like I'm covering a college team just about you talk about the chemistry and just these guys like wanting to play for each other and how much fun they're having right now.

Yeah, there should be some passion.
