Anchored in the breath.
Resting in the breath.
And gently then you can also ask yourself, what have I struggled with today so far?
What would I characterize as negative within the day so far?
Taking your time to be honest,
to name these things but without judging them, simply noticing them and noticing the character that you ascribe to them.
Recognizing now that this day, like any other day, has had positive and negative, joy and sorrow.
Taking a moment to simply breathe deeply now, recognizing what has moved within you.
And if you wish then, you can ask yourself the question, what have I learned from this?
What have I learned from this?
How can I go forward with the positive?
How can I let go of the negative?
All the while being with the breath, just considering gently within these questions.
What can you do that would prosper the positive?
What do you need to do to change negative ways of being?
And gently then, allowing the thoughts of the day to fade and simply being with the breath,
Being with the breath, greeting the breath as your oldest friend, for the breath is always with you.
