And as you rest there, feel the body relax.
Feel the cords of tension in the body unwind
the knots of tension in the body dissolve.
Give yourself the gift for these few moments of truly entering fully into this space, receiving its light, receiving its peace.
Again, if there's any change you want to make in the design of it, if you would rather the room be a garden or the garden be a room, this is entirely up to you.
Make it as you wish to have it, make it as you need to have it in this moment.
knowing that you can always come back here, that you can always reshape it, that you can always rest here at the center of your being, in a place of peaceful, divine encounter, all the while breathing in and breathing out,

And take a moment to gently ask yourself, what would I like to bring of this experience into the rest of the day?
What would I like to bring from this experience into the rest of the day?
and choose to bring it with you.
