I mean, that guy shredded junior.

He won everything.
Leading scorer of the playoffs, playoff MVP, CHL, whatever he did.
And he got to the NHL and he was not a frontline guy in the power play.
But later in the season, he started to make some strides.
And I don't know if it's different for this kid.
You just have to get a sense of what he can do and what he can withstand.
If he can be a front-line player right away, like others have in the past, then you go ahead and do it.
But you've just got to make sure the confidence can... He's not overwhelmed, and it's not something that his confidence is going to come into question.
If it doesn't happen... We saw with Easton Cowell when he had a shift up on the top line.
Next game, he didn't play.
It's either got to work right away, or you've got to find the right spot for him.
We've seen that with young players all the time.
You can't force it, and you've just got to wait.
If it's right...
Let it ride, and if it's not, you've got to be patient and put them somewhere else.
