And so if my resting heart rate's around 44 beats per minute when I go to bed, I'm going to have a perfect night's sleep. The second meal of the day is called nutty pudding, and it's macadamia nuts, walnuts, flaxseed, sunflower lecithin, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, pea protein. and some collagen.
