And he's great when someone comes to the gates and is belligerent, he can get on his police computer and find out based off of a license plate that we pick up and we can make sure that that's taken care of.
We hope that it never comes to that.
But if there is a case where, you know, someone does have to have law enforcement brought in or, you know, force used against them, it's nice to know that we have someone that's, you know, a police officer that we can have right there on site to take care of it without, you know, having to get either any of us in trouble or make it, you know, escalate into anything more than that.
So yeah, Caleb is, Caleb's great.
And it'll be fun to have the world see a little bit more of Caleb going forward.
So as I mentioned, this property is, it's pretty vast.
It's 512 acres in, in rural Utah.
And so with that, um,
it's impossible to secure a perimeter of that size.
I mean, you can't put fencing all the way around, but I mean, we have, you know, barbed wire fence to keep the cattle on and things like that.
But if people truly want to get on the property and trespass, then, you know, then they can do so.
And so, you know, the most common instance is, yes, people will sneak on, you know, either they'll come over the top of the mesa, which is a big, you know, flat plateau there where you can hike through and around, or they'll come from some of the other sides.

Most of the enthusiasts, if you will, are exactly that.
They'll come to the front.
There's a turnaround area where we have a big stop sign that says, don't proceed or they may get brave and come down to the gate and snap a photo of themselves in front of the gate and things like that.
At the end of the day, we know that that's just harmless enthusiasm and excitement for the place.
