I just think that they had Leicester with his skill set to get over the advantage line and ask questions of defenders.
And with the amount of high carry rate that he can have, it's just something different than maybe what the loose forwards have there.
But in saying that, a guy like Corey Callow,
I think, you know, he's a very, very good player.
He's very explosive, very good in and around the skill set of what Leicester does.
But, you know, there's obviously a method to the madness around what Rob Penny was wanting from Leicester.
But there's still some really good guys like Corey Keller, who we've touched on, who think, you know, it'd be a little bit hard for him and what he's thinking in that space because he's a very good player and can do that role pretty similarly as well.
utility role and with what we see with esther hazen at the spring box it's a massive bow that leicester can have because you know we talk around the 12 and 13 when it comes to probably geordie barrett at quinta pies played really well at billy proctor he's able to cover wing center and the midfield and and number eight or number seven or six or whatever it may be in the loose forward so if you're looking for the bigger picture for leicester for the all blacks i think it's a great role that he's been able to continue this but i think you know
I find it is unfair a little bit to be able to expect him to be able to get everything right as a seven.
Like you look at McWright who's played almost 10 years or been able to play as junior rugby, been able to play a lot of rugby in that position.
So I think for Leicester and what his role is, I don't know, I'm not privy to what
his role was from Rob Penny in that coaching group but I can only imagine was being able to get over the ball get as many touches as you can being able to influence the game like that and then if they do continue this then the things that Jip is touching on they can maybe get little bits of little gold from that week to week if they continue to have him in that position.
well i'll tell you we might be actually if it does go really really well then we might be actually have to say that we need to turn this uh conversation around but look if they are going to do it it's a great way to test them in that space because that loose four trio is probably the best in the competition i think personally when it comes to karifi lakai shields um who else who else have they got who else they are missing out um you'll say flat you'll say flanders
like it's just going to be 80 minutes of just pretty much best man up of the five and whoever they do pick so look i i can't see them not wanting to do that jip if ethan black had it isn't okay and there aren't any injuries that are coming back in that space then you know without the way that he did play giving him another opportunity to be able to do that then yeah i probably do see them do it but it'll be a hell of a test because like i said that that forward pick i think with the hurricanes and especially around that breakdown area and being able to win collisions
That loose forward trio, I believe, is the best in the comp.
So, yeah, it'll be interesting to see if they continue that.
But, you know, if Ethan Blackcat is back, possibly you're bringing him back.
You'd have to think.
Corey Callow as well, sorry.
Well, look, I think it's hard, right?
