It takes a lot of time to get there. And sometimes I think it's maybe okay at some time. Sometimes if you don't, if you don't ever get there, as long as there's no like hostility, but I think it's okay. I don't know. Maybe it was because I'm 1986. I think we just grew up with this or maybe some Catholic forgive and forget. You need a better person and Jesus forgave or whatever.

was um working at um Cantor Fitzgerald and she got laid off on September 10th okay 2001 she was dating secretly dating this like um vice president that um and staying at his house and the night before he was like you know I want to marry you and she's like should I go back in tomorrow try to get my job he's like no no no and then September 11th happened craziest story you'll ever meet she's survivor's guilt and all this stuff yeah of course so

One thing I learned from her years, a few years back when I was trying to do all these things and I was becoming a yoga teacher and I was like, I just need to get this out of my brain. I don't want to, this part of me, which would, from childhood and it's causing me these things. I went through another breakup and I was like, the anxiety, the depression, the stress, all these things.
