Yeah. And, but, but now I feel like I know when I'm going through the bad part, if anything, like now I'm actually, thank God, I wish everyone could have this. I'm aware that I'm going through the bad part. Cause I think in a lot of my twenties and early thirties and before like more worse should happen in my adult life. I, I, I didn't know it was happening and I didn't, couldn't make sense of it.
