The thing that really stood out to me last night about Oba was the confidence with which he spoke today.
Obis is still new in this business.
I don't care that he's been in NXT for three, four years, whatever it's been.
You just got called up to the main roster.
You're now playing in the major leagues.
Right behind you is Triple H. And right in front of you is Paul Heyman.
And this is the first time we've really, truly heard from Oba, yes or no?
Once again, I will go back to the word that I use very often over the past 10 years.
Do I believe what Oba Femi is saying?
And the answer is a resounding yes.
I truly believe that Oba Femi can beat Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.
After last night's promo, there is no doubt in my mind, he's not going to run over Brock Lesnar, but there is no doubt in my mind that Oba Femi is confident enough to bring the fight to Brock and defeat The Beast.
When he's rattling off all the stuff, the ruler, the this, the that, dude, the base in the voice, and it's not forced base.
A lot of times I'll tell wrestlers, you got to find your base.
You know, you got to find that inner, you know, that inner something where people believe what you're saying.
