DHS says ICE has lodged an arrest detainer for this illegal immigrant from Venezuela who has now been arrested for the death of college freshman Sheridan Gorman.

The outlet reports a 25-year-old man has now been arrested.
The Tribune says it's obtained a police report which shows witnesses saw a man dressed entirely in black with a black face mask raise a gun and open fire as Gorman tried to run for her life.
The outlet says surveillance cameras and a distinct limp helped officers track down the suspect.
The shooting happened at around 1.30 a.m.
on Thursday at Toby Prince Beach, minutes from the Loyola University College campus.
Gorman was originally from Westchester County, New York, and only a few months away from completing her freshman year.
