In fact, I spend that hour unwinding all of the insults.
I say them to myself so that I'm not going to say them.

And not wanting to defend ourselves.
Right.
Like I desire to defend myself 100 percent of the time.
I did what I did for a reason.

And, and we're not giving them grace when we are defending ourselves.
We are jumping into, uh, we are jumping beyond the part where we can be curious and, and, and understand what it was that they met by that and straight to be like, you don't get it.
And don't tell me how I think.
And, and, and like,
I am not coming to you as someone who is so evolved that they don't do those things.
The reason that I had to learn all of these systems is because I have a wicked tongue.
