Good morning, guys.
You guys were talking about the Mets.
Actually, the philosophy that they have going on has changed, and I kind of like it.
It's going to be less power, but if you see the guys that get on base,
get the people like Toronto Blue Jays did, a lot of contact.
Toronto was able to go to the World Series putting the ball in play instead of the launch system.
I actually called in last week, 30 minutes before the announcement was made, and I said the contract of Bichette, and I said $123 million.
I was wrong by $1 million per year.
But I think that, and I said $126 million for three, but I think that if they sign a guy like Luis Arias,
and put him as a designated hitter, and you put him in front of Juan Soto, and you put Bichette protecting Juan Soto, everyone that plays behind Juan Soto has their best season.
Alonzo had his best season because Soto was getting on base so much, so he put so many runs back in.
I also think you've got to get a pitcher like Freddy Peralta and Ace in here that can be your number one, and then you stabilize your pitching rotation.
Your leadoff hitter, I'll put Lindor.
I'll sign Luis Arias.
And Luis Arias' value went down because, you know, guys like that, they don't get paid as much for contact.
Marcus Simmons can go down to the sixth hole.
Because I will put, as my first, I will put Lindor.
Luisa Reyes as my number two.
Juan Soto as number three.
And Bache will be an excellent number four, protecting Juan Soto.
