Martin O'Neill sounds as if he's, as you mentioned, watching him in training and maybe doesn't think his fitness, his sharpness is completely there at the moment.

But I think he knows how important a player he's going to be for him between now and the end of the season.

So it'll be a whole management thing between Martin O'Neill and Iñárritu.
