And there's a real need for people to do that really well and try and keep contextualizing and bring it to the front line and say, right, today, here's some information that can help you about symptoms and signs.
There's new evidence about smell.
There's new evidence about gastrointestinal symptoms.
I think our policy has been a bit slow to take that evidence on board because we were locked down on this is about a cough and a fever.
The preprints and all that information have said, oh, wait, hold on a minute.
There's a huge range of symptoms here.
And I think that's been incredibly helpful.
So my answer to that is yes.
But the problem I have is with the quality assurance.
The sheer number of manufacturers that are coming to the market is creating problems again.
We're talking 20, 30 or more manufacturers developing these tests.
They're coming from different parts of the world.
Therefore, I think it's much more important you develop a stable, robust, accurate test.
then rely on a piecemeal approach where you buy some in and then you don't have them and then the supply is available and then next week it's not.
Well, one or maybe two or three.
But if you end up with 30 or 40, you're going to end up with quality assurance issues.
Some of them are going to fall over.
That's happened in Spain.
They're not going to perform as well as you'd like because you can't ensure the integrity of the supply and the quality of the supply.
And I am going to go political again.
