I think this is going to become normal.
And quite frankly, we better be prepared for it because it's going to be ugly.
It's like when Einstein published E equals MC squared.
I don't think he was realizing that that meant if you split the atom, you could create a nuclear bomb.
And then all of a sudden, the implications of that.
I don't know if these people who released large language models like chat GPT to the general public realized how they would transform society.
You know, it's so odd.
Once again, technology or technologists don't read the scripts and they introduce risks into society that, you know, weren't foreseen, probably should have been.
And even now, they aren't doing anything to rein them in.
It's a dangerous place for us to be.
But is the technology inevitable?
Like if OpenAI...
didn't release ChatGPT to the general public when they did, like some other company would have done it.
You know, if Einstein hadn't published that paper, someone else would have figured it out.
And nuclear weapons, like, is technology inevitable?
I feel like this is a deep conversation that I'm trying to have.
