They go in the direction of whatever is easiest right now, every single time.
That's not weakness.
That's just how we're wired.
And a system is how you stop fighting your wiring and start working with it instead.
So what is a system?
Because I know the word can feel a little bit intimidating, like it implies spreadsheets and color code calendars and a level of organization that most of us are definitely not leaving.
Here's how I think about it.
A system is just a decision that you made once and you don't have to keep making it.
That's it.
It's a routine, a ritual, a habit, a setup, whatever you want to call it.
