And here's the part that's a little uncomfortable.
You already have inputs.
You already have a system.
It's just that your current system
is optimized for the life that you have right now, not the life that you say you want.
If your life was already set up to support your goals, you would already have your goals.
That's not shade, that's just true, which means the work
is figuring out what needs to change in your daily inputs to close that gap.
The second lever is your environment.
And I think this might actually be the most powerful one and the most overlooked a lot of times.
Your environment is constantly, quietly shaping your behavior.
Your physical space, your phone, your calendar, the people you spend the most time with.
All of it is either supporting the person you set you want to be or it's working against that.
Here's a way I love to think about this.
