But you try and minimize them having to sit around and wait to get back in there.
Because they're used to playing every day.
I think a lot of them just kind of watch their actions and talk to them about, you know, hey, this and that.
And our major league guys, when they come down, they are really receptive to the younger players, and they really go out of their way to talk to them and answer any questions that they have.
And a lot of them will actually, you know, give advice to guys about, you know, hey, this is kind of β hey, think about doing this.
If they see them doing something or if they see something that they can help them with, they're β
they're really good at giving information to our guys and letting them know, hey, this is, you know, kind of maybe what you want to make an adjustment with or, you know, maybe this will help you.
This helped me when I was struggling a little bit.
So I think we have a really good group of major league guys.
When they get down here, they're always, always helpful and always talking to guys.
So, I mean, it's almost like, you know, if they ask one question as a minor league player to a big league guy, they're more than willing to,
to talk to him about anything else.
Yeah, I think immediately, you know, you go to a World Series and go through, you know, watching and seeing
you know, all the guys that were, you know, a part of that, you know, it's like, and it changes your, your view of and expectations of the organization.
You're like, well, that was great.
And we want to do that every year.
And, you know, the younger players see that as like, Whoa, Hey, we could go to a world series, you know, being in this organization and, and they see that the organization has a commitment to being, you know, a competitive team and wanting to go to the playoffs every year and wanting to get where they got to last year.
And,
I think that players see that and then say, wow, you know, it can actually be done and we actually did it.
And it kind of changes the vibe and, and kind of, you know, the expectations of, of everybody in the organization.
