Are we just organizing them, optimizing them and surviving them?
So today I want to explore the difference between managing life and actually experiencing it.
And I want to talk about why that distinction matters more than we realize.
For a lot of us, midlife can be a time of busyness.
It's often a time of peak responsibility.
You might be at the height of your career.

Things get ticked off our to-do list.
Often we become the ones who make it all work.
But capability can quietly morph into constant doing instead of being.
