Okay, I have three key winter staples.
First is a fine sheer close to the body merino wool long sleeve.
You actually have such great longevity throughout seasons with this piece because merino wool has fantastic thermoregulation properties.
So it keeps you warm when you're cold and cool when you're hot.
Versatile, I find, styling-wise.
You can wear it during the evening with a cute bar underneath.
I think definitely a key knit, whether you prefer chunky, fluffy, a turtleneck.
I'm actually loving a high v-neck this season, personally.
We're looking for natural fibers in our knits.
I'm an absolute no to acrylic, personally.
Acrylic fiber length is generally short and weak, so it will peel like crazy.
You won't have any longevity in it.
I love cotton wool blends.
It's acceptable for me for a bit of nylon in there for performance benefits too, especially depending on your knit structure.
Finally, a staple jacket.
I know everyone's shape preferences are different, but I'm going to say a funnel neck bomber jacket is the shape of the season, whether it's a faux leather version, suede, just a heavyweight cotton version, or a more sporty nylon version.
Always check your care labels when purchasing and happy shopping.
