I have never said that they were shitty-ass parents, weren't doing a good job raising my child. Because I believe all those things. I believe that they do. She's an amazing, well-rounded kid because of them. And so when she said that, my response to her was basically like, I get that. I get that if your feelings are hurt and my feelings are hurt, too.
