I mean, that's what has changed dramatically in the 15 years since I was last in Westminster.

Yeah, well, yeah, all of that.
And Susanna Reid and, you know, there's a lovely group.
And Beth Rigby, our own Beth from Sky.
I mean, you know, that and Julie, sorry, I need to name check her.
Let's just make sure we've missed no one off.
But what is lovely is that there is now that network of women who support each other.
When I was first on newspapers, there was one female newspaper editor, who shall remain nameless, who was not known for sending the elevator back down, as the saying goes.
And now I just feel that, you know, the women in journalism is such a great charity that really supports other women and applauds them.
And we're there for each other.
And I think that makes the whole thing a very different proposition.
You know, men always had those networks.
And, you know, there was the whole old school tie of like the public schools and the clubs and all of that.
And they looked out for each other and it was a sort of unspoken code.
Now I think that exists for women and that's brilliant.
Well, there is a chapter in my third book, The Ladder, on male allies.
And I think that is really important to recognise because, you know, I had a mentor at The Independent, a guy called Matthew Horsman, who was an incredible scoop getter.
And he gave me brilliant advice, which was, you know, never take a lunch break just to have lunch.
