He said, but...
if you look at our situation, and it's similar to the NFL, in terms of where NFL want people to watch the Super Bowl, we need people to bet the Super Bowl.
So he said, whilst we would have a massive day, they're predicting...
that they would actually take half of the bets on the Super Bowl if Denver actually made it there.
They said because the projected prices of, I think it was Denver plus nine and Denver plus eight, and I can't remember what way round it was.
It was against eight and a half, sorry.
Eight and a half and nine and a half.
I think it's nine and a half if they play Seattle and eight and a half if they play the Rams, right?
So they said a Super Bowl spreads like that don't do well.
People aren't into that.
And just generally, they said whilst we would make a fortune this week, people would not have half the interest in it.
And long term, we would lose.
They said the Super Bowl would be one of the worst ever for us.
And that's why he kind of echoes that and says, and it would be the same situation for the NFL.
NFL don't even get to win in terms of all the winning bets like the books do.
They just obviously have a very underwhelming Super Bowl backup quarterback in a Super Bowl situation.
So I don't know what you read into that, what you will.
I don't know what he's actually trying to say.
Is he trying to insinuate that the calls are going to be called a certain way?
I don't know.
