Yeah, I think the first thing is what you don't see, and that's off the field.

I mean, he is tremendous in the classroom.

His preparation so far has been outstanding.

He's very coachable.

He's not an air repeater, so we correct mistakes and he moves on very quickly.

So that's something that I don't think you see, you know, when somebody's watching the film or watching from the stands is how good he is in his preparation.

That's number one.

Number two, I've been very excited or impressed with his ball skills.

You know, he catches the ball very well.

both short at all three levels, short, intermediate, and obviously the deep passes, which you guys saw some of that today, that we were able to connect on some of those.

So, I mean, his preparation and who he is and what he brings to the table there is outstanding, like I said, and then probably his ball skills just jump out at me.

I obviously know about the speed, but I was excited to how well he's caught the football.

I think there's guys that do a lot of things well and do different things well.

So that was exciting for me just to jump right in and obviously had respect on the outside looking in, but now I get a chance to really work with these guys, get in the meeting room, get on the field, and they have not disappointed me.

And the one thing that's been outstanding about the whole group, and I know Coach Reed believes strongly in it, is the way that they work.

They've been tremendous as far as their work ethic and their attitude and the way they've accepted coaching.

It might be a different style maybe than what they've had or didn't have, and they've accepted that and they've done a great job of that.
