Because if any version of what we just talked about happens...

And all of a sudden, you have private homeowners that are their own utility, and then Freiburg C&I being their own power utility.

What do the utilities do?

What does all this capex go to?

How do they pay back their bonds?

What happens to their rate base?

This is a huge economic question that I think will come up if even a small modicum of what we just talked about materializes.
