I would say the heart of the case has been dismissed.

I mean, the majority of the claims have been dismissed.

There are only three remaining.

there are three remaining so basically the heart of it and i can kind of go into all of the all of the claims that were dismissed just give a little legal summary okay if that would be helpful please so all sexual harassment claims have been dismissed and additionally all the derivative claims so defamation civil conspiracy failure to prevent harassment and false light invasion of privacy these were all derivative claims of the sexual harassment claim and they all fell apart

when the underlying harassment claim was dismissed because they had no independent foundation themselves.

They all relied on the harassment having taken place.

Right.

And what I'm learning is that I think this like summary judgment was kind of like it's before trial.
