The trial is set for May 18th.

It is like the judge taking a look at all the evidence that they have and determining like what, what,

has enough evidence to go to trial and to go before a jury so a jury can make the final call.

Right.

And when you actually read through the judge's reasoning, it's actually very evident.

What he's doing is he's really just kind of cleaning up the case before it goes to the jury so it doesn't waste the court's time.

It's not like he can say, oh, I don't think this really happened, and so I'm not going to let it go through.

It's really just about the law.

And he says, you know, there are reasons under the law that she could not have been sexually harassed.

And what's kind of crazy about it is it's so black and white that you wonder how these claims even got to trial in the first place.

And it makes you think that they were potentially baseless claims from the beginning.

Yeah.

I mean, I think that...

You know, we have sat with this case for years at this point.

We have gone through evidence.

We've gone through court documents, everything.

I mean, a year and a half, but yeah.

It feels like it's been my entire life.

No, actually, I think it's been basically a year because it all started, yeah, in February 2024.
