Well, you know, I did put in all my savings into that, which wasn't much at the time.

You know, we're talking tens of thousands, so nothing of any.

Well, let's just say that I found myself in over well over a million dollars in debt almost overnight.

Well, see, you know, look, you got to play the best cards that you have available.

And long story short, when I came back, I'm sitting around the dining room table with my parents.

And my dad says to me, hey, look, I'm going to negotiate a piece of property that I have.
