Do your job, mind your business is the narrative. Just don't quit. Unless you've got six months in the bank, don't do it. And I think that's still bare minimum. How do you build consistency both in your personal life for health and fitness, but also in your professional life? How did you find a way to do that?

I think it's the narrative of brushing your teeth. There's not a person I know who doesn't brush their teeth well. No one in my immediate circle that doesn't brush their teeth every day.
