Like, Emerald Fennell, the director, kind of hit me up and was like, do you want to do a song for the film?
And I was kind of like, let me read the script.
And I read it and I really, really liked the script.
And so I was kind of like, how about a whole album instead of just a song?
And that's kind of how it came about.
And I was watching the film and really writing songs specifically related to the film and to her script rather than the book.
