So those guys really did beef up the forward core.
Trevor Zegers down the middle beefed up the center position.
They no longer had to run Sean Couturier, who
used to be a near-point-per-game selkie guy, has certainly slowed down offensively.
They were able to use him in more of a fourth-line, bottom-six specialized role and use Zegers as the offense guy.
So there were changes to the lineup that helped the offense.
That said, I break down these numbers on a regular basis.
I'm not sure if the Flyers are going to ever be a great offensive team
under Rick Tockett because I look at the record, his track records, and there was only one season where his teams were great offensively, and that was the season where they shot an insanely high shooting percentage.
I don't know if that's really a formula you can...
you can look to as replicable.
But if they're a really, really good defensive team, you can get by as just being a decent offensive team if you are a top three defensive team, and that really might be their path if they want to make this thing work long-term.
I mean, I think it absolutely has, to be sure, particularly people online, because I feel like the, you know, the Pedersen discourse was really, really prevalent online.
I feel like, you know, at least in corners of the online world that I frequent, it seems like people very much sided with Pedersen over Target.
I suspect in the hockey world, it may have been the opposite.

I mean, the reality is, you know, and fans could get frustrated with Taka and how much he brought it up.
And I do think that Taka probably could have done a better job of, you know, keeping the temperature lower than it ultimately ended up becoming.
just in terms of constantly... I don't think when he's praising Macklin Celebrini, he needs to bring up about how great shape he showed up to camp in.
